OUR FOUNDING MEMBER HAD A VISION
Prior to embarking on his quest to create a multi-service law practice our founding member, Steven G. Wharton, had a vision to augment his own legal expertise in business law, real estate, and estate planning, with the expertise of several of his colleagues who possessed expertise in various other practice areas. This creative vision led to the development of Wharton Law, one of the premier law firms in the nation – which happens to be minority owned and operated.
Before founding Wharton Law, Steven G. Wharton had amassed over nine years of legal expertise in various transactional practices, including business law, commercial and residential real estate law and estate planning.
In addition to being an attorney, Mr. Wharton had earned the distinction of becoming a Certified Public Accountant. Prior to entering law school, he had been an internal process auditor with a Fortune 100 company and a financial auditor with a Big Four accounting firm.
